At CAVA Athleisure Pvt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Quality Check
Ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and have the original CAVA tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Package & Ship
Place the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized courier point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
